Car Parts Maker Wagon Closes Plant, Cuts 292 Jobs, Mail Reports

Ministers are preparing to bail out Jaguar Land Rover, the car maker, with a government loan worth up to £500m. The government has confirmed it is in talks with Jaguar Land Rover's Indian owner about possible financial support. The plant made panels and door parts for Honda Motor Co. Ltd., Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., General Motors Corp., Ford Motor Co.
